Lord Renly Marbrand was the Lord of Ashamark, second son of Lord Addam Marbrand and his wife Lady Cersei Brax, who rose to lordship after his elder brother died in a hunting accident. He was married to Serenei Ormollen, a woman he fell for during his travels to Lys, and with her had four children - current Lord Lyonel, Eddard, Jason and a sole daughter Falyse.
He died out of a heart attack in old age at 374 AC.
