Steffon Baratheon was the Lord Paramount of the Stormlands. He was the son of Lord Davos Baratheon.

Steffon Baratheon was born in 331 AC to Davos Baratheon and Aella Targaryen. He was the oldest of their children, whom would include Cassana, Valarr, and Alysanne.
Steffon was became Lord of Storm's End in 353, following the death of his father. Steffon had had given his father council during the War of the Shadow to attack Baelon Targaryen and his forces, but his father refused. Instead remaining silent throughout the war, weakening the rebels cause.
Following the War of the Shadow, Steffon would gain himself accord in several tourneys and his reputation as a warrior. His marriage to Lady Johanna Estermont would prove fruitful, with five children: Baldric, Lyonel, Jocelyn, Arlan, and Argella.
Steffon would be given command of the Third Landing in the War of the Seven Banners, and would lead the forces in the Battle of the Skirts, where he would be wounded in the battle, saved only by the actions of his son, Baldric. He would never fully recover from the wound and would spend the rest of the war besieging Myr. Following the conclusion of the war, he would return home and see the marriage of Baldric to Lady Myranda Penrose, and Jocelyn to Prince Alleras Martell, in addition to betrothing his second son Lyonel to Meredyth Staedmon.
He would die in his sleep, due to complications from the wound in 370 AC, leaving his son to inherit Storm's End.
